Box 359, Keenesburg, Colorado 80643, was <br />deemed complete for the purposes of filing. All reviews and comment periods <br />as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from <br />this day of filing. <br />The applicant proposes to revise surface coal mining operations in portions of <br />Sections 25, 26, 35 and 36, Township 3 North, Range 64 West, 6th Prime <br />Meridian, in Weld County. The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on <br />USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle map 0379. <br />around January 28, 1993. <br />The subject permit revision changes the post-mining land use designation from <br />rangeland to industrial use. A copy of the permit revision application is <br />available for public inspection at the Weld County Courthouse, 915 10th St., <br />Greeley, Colorado. Written comments, objections or requests for an informal <br />conference on the permit revision application may be submitted to, and <br />additional information obtained from, the Division of Minerals and Geology, <br />Rm. 215, 1313 Sherman St., Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 86b-3567.
