Very rarely do we schedule a conference after 5:00 p.m. If you had <br />submitted your request far enough in advance of when the decision had to made I may have <br />been able to convince the permittee and the pre-hearing conference officer to hold the <br />meeting at 7:00 p.m. At this point, because of scheduling problems, I am unable to change <br />the date and time of the pre-hearing conference. <br />You should be aware that you are allowed to have someone represent you if you cannot make <br />the meeting. <br />If you have any questions give me a call. <br />Sincerely, <br />~ ~~ <br />Ames Dillie <br />Environmental Protection Specialist <br />M: \OSS\amm\Becker. jd <br />
