Trapper proposes to drop the use of all established vegetation reference areas since standards <br />for cover, production, woody stem density and species diversity will all be set I the permit. <br />However......... <br />JOE AND DAVE- TALK TO ME ABOUT HOW YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH <br />THIS ONE AND I'LL FINISH THIS MEMO. In a nutshell, because there is no <br />regulatory basis for the cover standard (see no. I in "General Comments"), it might be <br />worth keeping the approved reference areas in place.
