Lochhead
Executive Director
michael B. The survey was stipulated with the approval
of Technical Revision No. 4. The stipulation required Terror Creek
to complete soil sampling as approved in TR{`4 and submit the
results of the sampling plan by May 31, 1994 as a technical
revision. With the submittal of this revision on May 31, 1994,
this stipulation has been complied with.
The results indicate that the samples are indicative of acceptable
growth medium. However, the Division would like to see the lab
analyses for these samples to verify the information. The lab
analyses should also be incorporated into the permit in Exhibit 7,
Soil Information. Table 4 is helpful as a summary of the lab
results to be included in the text of the permit; however, the
table should reference the lab analyses.
The proposed soil depths at reclamation,
subsoil (plant growth medium) should prove
effective and permanent vegetative cover.
Please call if you have any questions.
ly,
Christine E.
