Public Service Company has awarded its <br />aslr disposal to another contractor. Although Coors Energy <br />Company still believes there are ash disposal opportunities <br />with PSC, the time constraints involved with the bid have been <br />removed. <br />Cnors Energy Company still desires to convert the <br />Keenesburg Mine to a solid waste disposal facility. Coors has <br />met with Weld County officials to discuss amending both the <br />Certificate of Designation and the Use by Special Review <br />permit. To amend both tl~e CD and USR, several public notices <br />and hearinys will be required.
