As landowners of the property, we hereby agree that the entry road from Riverdale <br />Road east and south through the property shall not be removed upon completion of the <br />mining and reclamation. This is also true of the current truck parking azea, which Ges <br />adjacent to the roadway, in the southwest comer of the northernmost parcel. <br />3.
