M-90-144. <br /> As required by Tom Schreiner's approval of your amendment to expand the Fillmore Pit, dated <br /> August 10, 1992, you are to have a financial warranty of $77,447.00 in place on the Fillmore Pit, <br /> permit no. M-90-144. <br /> The Division currently has Corporate Surety Bond number 5687809, in the amount of $27,660.00, <br /> in place on the Fillmore Pit, permit no. M-90-144. We also have Corporate Surety Bond number <br /> 5644383. in the amount of $5,000.00, applied to the Fillmore Pit permit no. M-89-096. In order <br /> to increase the bond to Mr. Schreiner's required amount, you need to send in an additional rnancial <br /> warranty bond in the amount of $44,787.00. You will need to either replace Surety Bond number <br /> 5644383 so it applies to permit no. M-90-144 or have your surety issuing company change the <br /> documents to make sure the bond is applicable to the Fillmore Pit M-90-144. You have one other <br /> choice. You can submit a Surety Bond, in the amount of $77,447.00, to replace the existing <br /> bonds and take care of the $44,787,00 increase in financial warranty that Tom Schreiner requires. . <br /> Your M-89-096 permit anniversary date is December 7, 1992 so you will have to submit the annual <br /> report and fee (if you haven't already done so). <br /> Once the Division receives the required financial warranty I will complete the termination process <br /> for the Fillmore Pit, permit no.
