The <br />renewal was called complete on April 17, 2001. The decision due date is August 15, 2001. <br />Mountain Coal Company, LLC proposes to continue underground coal mining and/or reclamation operations on <br />land located approximately 9 miles east of Paonia, Colorado. <br />A copy of the renewal application is available for public inspection at the Gunnison County Courthouse, 200 E <br />Virginia, Gunnison, CO 81230, Paonia Public Library, 140 Ggrand Avenue, Paonia, CO 81428, and a[ the <br />Division office.
