Box 449, Florence, Colorado 81226, was deemed complete for the purposes of filing. All reviews and comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this day of filing. The applicant proposes to revise underground coal mining operations at the Raton Creek Mines. The subject technical revision addresses drainage design revisions. The legal description of the Raton Creek permit area and loadouts is as follows: Raton Creek Mine Area: T33S, R63W, SW1/4 of Section 31; T33S, R64W, all of Section 36 except portions of the W1/2 W1/2; T345, R63W, all of Section 6 and Nl/2 NEl/4, NE1/4 NWl/4 of Section 7; T34S, R64W, E1/2 E1/2 of Section 1 of the 6th P.M. Santa Fe Loadouts Nos. 1 and 2 Southeast of Interstate 25 between North Linden Avenue on the Northeast and Commercial Street on the Southwest in: T32S, R64W, Wl/2 NW1/4 NW1/4 of Section 18; T32S, R64W, E1/2 NEl/4 NEl/4 of Section 13; T32S, R63W, W1/2 NW1/4 of Section 18; T32S, R64W, El/2 NE1/4 of Section 13 of the 6th P.M.
