This notice complies with the requirements <br />of Rule 1.62, and there do not appear to be any outstanding problems with <br />interim site stabilization under our performance standards. Therefore, I have <br />placed a notice of our receipt of your temporary cessation notice in the back <br />of the October 18-19, 1489 Board meeting aoenda and have notified San Miguel <br />County of your proposed action. <br />Therefore, unless the Board has some question concerning vour notice of <br />temporary Cessation, you may presume that your five-year temporary cessation <br />period is in effect as of October 31, 1989.
