Sherman <br />Executive Director <br />(Vacant) <br />State Engineer <br />The Division of Water Resources has reviewed the Roadside Portals documentation <br />(Permit No. C-1981-041) for the Permit Renewal Application No. 5 (RN-5). The <br />application proposes to continue underground coal mining and reclamation operations <br />on land located approximately 5 miles north of Palisade, Colorado.
