Re: Pre-hearing Conference Notification and Mined Land Reclamation Board Hearing Notice,
Conversion Application, CN-Ol, Ula Pit, M-1991-083
Dear Donna and Ralph Hood:
Since the Division received a timely objection to the referenced conversion application, you aze
hereby notified that apre-hearing conference will be held on August 26, 2004. The meeting will
be held in Room 719, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado at 1:OOPM. Ms. Sandy Brown will
chair the conference.
If an objector still has standing after the pre-hearing conference, the item will be presented to the
Mined Land Reclamation Boazd at the September 22-23, 2004 regulaz Boazd meeting. You are
hereby notified that the Board meeting will be held in Room 318, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver,
Colorado beginning at 10:00AM both days. Please call Glenda Williams at 303-866-3929 on the
20`s of September to find out which day the item will be heazd.
