Limited Impact Construction Materials Permit to a 112(c) Regulaz Construction Materials Permit. The mining and
reclamation operation is located at or neaz Section 0, Township 14S, Range 78W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Chaffee
County. The application decision is scheduled for December 11, 2006.
