Dear Mr. Gydessen:
The Board approved your permit amendment on Sept. 27, 1984,
The permit amendment was approved contingent on Gunnison County
approval. Please request Gunnison County to submit a brief letter
of. approval to the Division.
The existing bond will need to be increased to $5,000,00 from the
existing $3,000,00 bond. This is an increase of $2,000.00.
This will also need to be submitted to the Division, prior to
permit issuance,
