(e) The cross-section location for Station 42+00 is shown on Map Figure 3.1-6, as <br />well as on Map Figure 3.1-7. Upper limit of disturbance (presumably crest of cut <br />slope) is shown at approximate elevation of 5750' on Figure 3.1-6, but is shown at <br />elevation 5728' feet on Figure 3.1-7. It would appear that the upper boundary of <br />the existing disturbance for the road segment depicted on Figure 3.1-7 may not be <br />correct. <br />Please confirm that you concur with our interpretation of the regrading plan <br />for the access road as summarized in (a) and (b), or provide explanation and <br />appropriate text and map revisions as warranted for clarification. <br />Please address the apparent discrepancies identified in (c), (d), and (e), <br />provide amended maps and cross-section details as necessary to eliminate the <br />discrepancies, and clarify the proposed final contours and extent of existing <br />road cut slope sections that will remain exposed. <br />
