CA 94998 <br />Re: Colowyo Coal Mine (Permit No. C-81-019) <br />Bond Release Application No. 2 <br />Bond No. 11133304789 <br />Dear Sir or Madam: <br />By letter of April 27, 1998, The Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology (Division) informed <br />you that the Division had issued a proposed decision to approve Bond Release Application No. 2 for <br />the Colowyo Coal Mine. The proposed decision was published in the Craig Daily Press on May 6, <br />1998. Page 18 of the Proposed Decision and Findings of Compliance was subsequently revised. <br />• Specifically, a part of line 10 on page 18 was revised from `there were adverse effects" to read <br />`there were no adverse effects". Notice of this revision will be published in the Craig Daily Press <br />as soon as possible. Publication of the notice (revised Proposed Decision and Findings of <br />Compliance) re-initiates a thirty (30) day public comment period.
