Pursuant to Title 34, Article 35, Paragraph 3, of the Colorado Revised
Statutes, the Division of Minerals and Geology hereby issues notice that on
May 22, 1993, a technical revision application for a permit to conduct coal
mining operations by Energy Fuels Mining Company, P.O. Box 449, Florence,
Colorado 81226, was deemed complete for the purposes of filing. All reviews
and comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated
thereunder initiate from this day of filing.
The applicant proposes to revise underground coal mining operations at the
Raton Creek Mines. The subject technical revision addresses drainage design
revisions.
The legal description of the Raton Creek permit area and the loadouts is as
follows:
Raton Creek Mine Area

T33S, R64W, all of Section 36 except portions of the W1/2 Wl/2;
