Enclosed is a bond calculation for costs associated with <br />removing the facility and remaining chemical r_ontents under a bond <br />forfeiture scenario where the Division would have to hire an <br />independent contractor to complete reclamation of the site at the <br />point of maximum disturbance allowed by the permit.. 'fhe attached <br />costs are for the waste nil/antifreeze storage facility only. Bond <br />amounts calculated previously for the remainder of site reclamation <br />ere in addition to the costs calculated for this revision. <br />if Telluride Gravel needs to expedite the approval of this <br />revision, please submit the rerluired bond monies and associated <br />bond forms to Debbie Mulloy at our Denver office in an acceptable <br />type of bond as soon as possible.
