Mining Expan sion <br />Town of Alma Board of Trustees: <br />We are writing to you to express our concern ove the <br />recent mining permit that has been brought to our att ntion <br />by several sources. We are not against mining and realize all <br />people in this area need to make a living. <br />We are concerned however about the proposed hours and number <br />of days per week that Reclamation Resources Inc has indicated that <br />they wish to operate. We feel that this will make it very difficult <br />to live a normal quality of life while being so close to machinery <br />operating 16 hours a day. We hope that you find same ay to work <br />with the company starting up this operation so as to 1'mit the <br />hours of this project to a more normal schedule of fiv days a week <br />for 10-12 hours a day. This would make it possible fo the private <br />property owners as well as Reclamation Resources co-ex'st within <br />such close proximity.
