Hours of operation. Sixteen hours per day is excssive <br />for the harmony of town residents. We would request n eight <br />to ten hour work day with at least one day per week, referably <br />Sunday, without any mining activity. <br />2. Lining of proposed tailings ponds be required to ~revent <br />leaching of metals into the South Platte River. <br />3.
