The revision was submitted by Trapper Mining Inc.. All review and <br />comment periods as provided in the Act and the Regulations initiate from this date of filing. <br />Trapper Mining, Inc. has submitted the 2004 Annual Reclamation Report as required by Rule 2.04.13. TMI submits this annual <br />report as a revision to Appendix W of the permit. <br />The surface coal mining operation is on land located approximately 6 miles south of Craig, Colorado. The permit azea is further <br />described as follows: <br />Portions of Sections 1, 2, and 3, Township 5 North, Range 91 West ofthe 6th P.M. <br />Portions of Sections 30 and 31, Township 6th North, Range 90 West of the 6th P.M. <br />Portions of Sections 25, 2b, 28, 33, 34, 35, and 36, Township 6 North, Range 91 West of the 6th P.M. <br />The above-mentioned tracts of land aze shown on USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle map of Castor Gulch. <br />The applicant is required to publish notice in a local newspaper that this application has been deemed complete. At the time of <br />publicafion of this notice, the applicant is additionally required to place a copy of this application at the Moffat County <br />Courthouse, 221 W Victory Way, Craig, CO 81625, and at the Division office. For additional information or to provide <br />written comments, contact the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203, <br />(303) 866-3567. In order for us to comply with regulatory time frames, we request that comments be submitted within fifteen <br />(15) days of this letter.
