<br />Enclosed aze two copies of Trapper's Permit Revision PR-06 application for the upcoming five-year permit
<br />term, 2008-2012. Also enclosed is a copy of a newspaper public notice for the Northwest Colorado Daily
<br />Press and a revision application form to ow existing coal mining and reclamation permit. The current permit
<br />term for C-81-010 expires on December 31, 2007. This permit revision does not propose any changes to our
<br />current permit boundary. It does, however, propose to disturb an additiona1312 acres within our approved
<br />permit area during the PR-6 permit term.
<br />Enclosed with this letter is athree-page cross-reference index of all changes to text and maps proposed with
<br />this revision. Included with the cross-reference index is a brief description of each proposed change and, as
<br />appropriate, brief comments are added.
<br />During the 2008-2012 permit term, mining and haulroad construction activity will continue to occw in
<br />Ashmore, Fast Flintlock, Flintlock and Gatling Pits. In addition, reclamation activity will continue in
<br />Ashmore, East Flintlock, Flintlock, Gatling and Derringer/Enfield Pits (refer to M 10 series maps).
