M-2000-016, Lafarge West, Inc.: Riverbend Operation, AM-01 April 22, 2005 <br />Adequacy Memo #2 Page 6 <br />Water Balance (P. 28 of 81) <br />27. Memo Item 20: The applicant needs to provide an updated copy of "Operational Losses, <br />Table 3" that was reportedly modified to reflect the corresponding phases of mining. <br />Stormwater Management Plan (`SWMP' <br />28. Page 4 of 19 of the new SWMP submitted appears to need correction. The submitted <br />plan states it was prepared for the "Howe Concrete Plant" and the industrial activities at <br />the site include "Quarrying " The applicant must submit a corrected page to the Division. <br />The corrected page should also include Excavation and Reclamation as Industrial <br />Activities, as in the prior SWMP, and Grading, as appropriate. Please check page 5, as <br />well, and submit any corrections. Page 7 also refers to the Howe facility. <br />29. Memo Item 27: Please state where in the application the applicant has listed the specific <br />BMPs to be implemented and "the maximum number of controls" for the Division to use <br />in bond calculations. Please also indicate where (including sizes of structures) each will <br />be used so the Division can calculate the applicable bond amount for removal and/or <br />reclamation of such structures. <br />
