Specifically, the Board approved 1 <br />substitute acreage on affected lands that have received a minimum of two seedin <br />over a period of 5 years during the life of the operation and where revegetation e <br />lands have failed. The Board approved the substitute acres "account" to be esT< <br />from successfully reclaimed pre-law disturbance. Successfully reclaimed pre-la1 <br />defined as revegetated and stable. Pre-law disturbance is defined as historic min <br />that occurred at the time Permit M-85-210 was issued and has not been used in a <br />Rocky Road Investment, Inc. for the current operation.
