We res <br />memorandum in correspondence addressed to your office of 24 March 1998. Si <br />acknowledged in your 8 April Correspondence, we are providing a copy o <br />correspondence. <br />In addition to a reply to our correspondence of 24 March 1998, we hav <br />acknowledged, provided all correspondence and related maps and materials pro' <br />the Division of Minerals and Geology relative to a Technical Revision [o [I <br />subsequent release of aeeas and validation of substitute lands. The recent z <br />Division of Minerals and Geology liberates ]2.77 acres of land for further extra <br />activities. PI se specify any <br />and all remaining requirements of Larimer County for quarry activities in the N rth and South <br />Quarries, as it pertains to the Board of County Commissioners Findings and Resol tion, respective <br />of, and in order for the operator to put into effect with confidence, the activities pecified in the <br />Technical Revision, as approved by the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geol gy on 1 April <br />1998, and subsequently as provided for by release of lands identified in the Divi 'on of Minerals <br />and Geology inspection report of 24 March 1998.
