The single completeness item requires EFCI to submit the
proposed changes to coal stockpile volumes to the Colorado Department of Health (CDH).
EFCI discussed the proposed changes with CDH personnel prior to submitting the minor revision.
The CDH recommended, for the purpose of increasing coal stockpile capacity, that EFCI complete
and submit the forms listed below. No applications were submitted to reduce the coal stockpile
capacity at the loadout since the mining permit will limit capacities according to the minor revision
request.
Forms submitted to the CDH, with a transmittal letter dated April 22, 1996, are the following:
Application for Air Pollution Permit Modification;
Air Pollution Emission Notice and Control Plan; and
Air Pollution Emission Notice for Existing Sources
Copies of the above forms aze attached hereto for your files. Please contact me at your convenience
if you have any questions or require additional information.
Sincerely,
Energy Fuels Coal, Inc.
C~i'~~-
Allen S.
