Permit C-31-O13 was issued <br />by the Division on June 22,1994. <br />The Golden Eagle Mine is located in Sections 20, 2I, 23 & 29, T33S, R67W. A total of S9 acres of surface <br />disturbance from mining is covered by a Coal Reclamation Bond in the amount of $1,530,000.
