M-85-219 and M-87-178 <br />Dear Mr. Parkerson: <br />Parkerson Construction's responses to Division adequacy concerns for the two <br />aforementioned conversion applications were received at Division offices on <br />June 29, 1992..=Any change or addition to an application constitutes an <br />amended filing for purposes of determining the date fo.r consideration of the <br />application by the Division and for the deadline for a final decision on the <br />application. Pursuant to Rule 1.5 of the Mineral Rules and Regulations of the <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board, the Division hereby sets September 24, 1992 as ~. <br />the deadline for the final decision on the conversion applications for the <br />32 Road and 31.5 Road Pits. <br />Parkerson Construction must file a copy of the Division's adequacy letters and <br />the company's responses with the applications already on file at the Mesa <br />County Clerk and Recorder's Office. Parkerson Construction must also provide <br />the Division with an affidavit or receipt demonstrating that this material was <br />filed with the County Clerk and Recorder. <br />Pursuant to Rule 2.3.2 of the Mineral Rules and Regulations, the Division has <br />scheduled an informal conference, to be held before the Director or the <br />Director's representative, on these pending applications. The conference will <br />be held on Monday, July 27, 1992, in the City-County Auditorium, 520 Rood <br />Avenue, Grand Junction, Colorado, from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. At the informal <br />conference, Parkerson Construction, and any other person supporting the <br />issuance of the application, will have the opportunity to present the grounds <br />necessary to support the issuance of the application. <br />The Division is reviewing your adequacy responses to determine whether they <br />are adequate to meet the requirements of the Mined land Reclamation Act. We <br />will contact you if additional information is needed. <br />
