LonX <br />Division Direcmr <br />The Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology renewed Mining Permit No. C-81-O1 l for the Apex No. <br />2 Mine on May 26, 1998, allowing coal mining and reclamation operations to continue under the <br />provisions of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act of 1979.
