Due to persistent poor weather conditions during May, the photography has been delayed and is <br />currently scheduled on June 3. Given the photography is done on this date or shortly thereafter, and <br />allowing for time to compile the information and produce the maps, Energy Fuels anticipates the maps <br />will be ready for submittal by June 30, 1995. <br />Thank you for your consideration of this request for submittal extension.
