As I indicated on the <br />phone, the map you previously received with the October 1" transmittal was apparently an <br />older version that has now been superceded. The accompanying map is to be replaced or <br />inserted in the Somerset and Sanborn Creek Mines Permit document as indicated by the <br />original transmittal letter. I apologize for the error and for any inconvenience it may have <br />caused you.
