19. The Coaldale Quarry operation, reclamation program, or the proposed future <br />use will not in part or in whole be contrary to the laws and regulations of the <br />State of Colorado or the United States. The operation will not adversely <br />affect the stability of any significant, valuable, and permanent man-made <br />structures located within 200 feet of the affected land. The operation is not <br />contrary to any city, town, county, or city and county zoning and subdivision <br />regulation or contrary to any master plan for extraction adopted pursuant to <br />section 34-1-304. <br />The Coaldale Operation is not located upon lands, where mining operations <br />are prohibited by law or regulation within the boundaries of units of the <br />national park system, the national wildlife refuge system, the national system <br />of trails the national wilderness preservation system, the wild and scenic river <br />system, or the national recreation areas; which are within the boundaries of, <br />and are owned, leased, or have been developed by, any recreational facility <br />established pursuant to Article 7 of Title 29, C. R. S. 1973; which are within <br />the boundaries of, and are owned, leased, or have been developed by, any <br />recreation district established pursuant to Article 2 of Title 32, C. R. S. 1973; <br />which are within the boundaries of any unit of the state part system or any <br />state recreational system. <br /> <br />C~ <br />
