<br />NOTICE OF FILING APPLICATION <br />FOR COLORADO MINED LAND RECLAMATION PERMIT <br />FOR REGULAR (1121 CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS EXTRACTION OPERATION <br />NOTICE TO THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />FREMONT COUNTY <br />Hotam (US) Inc. has applied for a Regular (112) r>3damaGon permit from the Colorado <br />Mined Land ReGamation Board (the "Boani") to conduct extrection of construction <br />materials operations in Fremont County. The attached information is being provided to <br />notify you of the location and the nature of the proposed operation. The entire <br />application is on file with the Division of ReGamation, Mining, and Safety (the "Division") <br />and the local county Gerk and recorder. <br />The applicantloperator proposes to reGaim the affected land to wildlife use. Pursuant to <br />Section 3432.5-118(4)(m), C.R.S., the Board may confer with the local Board of County <br />Commissioners before approving of the post-mining land use. Acxordingly, fire Board <br />would appreciate your commerce on the proposed operafbn.
