• EXHIBIT K <br />CLIMATE INFORMATION <br />The Holcim property in Coaldale, Colorado is located in the upper foothills (Upper <br />Sonoran) zone at an elevation of 5900 to 7900 feet msl. Precipitation varies from <br />12 to 14 inches annually, in a bi-modal distribution. Temperatures vary from -30° <br />F to 100° F.
