Haulage will begin at the stockpile area, proceed down the main <br />haul road to County Road 6, tum north and proceed to Colorado Highway 50, <br />tum east and proceed on Highway 50 approximately 50 miles to Highway 115, <br />tum south on Highway 115 and proceed to Highway 120, turn left and proceed to <br />the Portland Plant located at 3500 Highway 120.
