Dear Mr. Ladwig:
Pursuant to Title 33, Article 34, Paragraph 3, of the Colorado Revised
Statutes, the t•lined Land Reclamation Division hereby issues notice that on
November 25, 1988, an application for renewal of a valid, existing pernit to
conduct coal mining operations, File No. C-81-024, by Colorado Coal t•lining Co,
102 S Tejon, Suite 400, Colorado Springs, CO 80903, was deemed complete for
the purposes of filing. All reviews and comment periods as provided in the
Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this day of filing.
The applicant proposes to conduct reclamation operations on portions of
Sections 25 and 26, Township 275, Range 67W.
The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle map
of Walsenburg tJorth. A copy of the application is available for public
inspection at the Huerfano County Courthouse, 400 t4ain St, lJalsenburg, CO.
Nritten comments, objections or requests for an informal conference on the
application may be submitted to, and additional information obtained from, the
t4ined Land Reclamation Division, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver,
Colorado 80203, [phone]. Written conments, objections or requests for
an informal conference must be filed at the Division by 5:00 p.m., within
thirty days after the last public notice in the local newspaper.
