The following are issues that need be resolved: <br />1. A legal description of the area that bond release is being applied for is <br />required. <br />2. A map with the bond release area outlined is required. <br />3. Please elaborate on how the area will meet the bond release conditions for <br />the area that was disturbed by mining. <br />4. The current application only requests 2 acres for release, however, the <br />Division believes that the projected intent is to have approximately 20 acres <br />of the NE corner of the permit area released for future development.
