We will be glad to do so as soon as we <br />decide when we will conduct the inspection. Given that it is already November, it is <br />possible that due to weather and/or site conditions, we would not hold the inspection <br />until sometime in 2007. <br />For your information, the permittee at this site has changed from Snowmass Coal Company to <br />MINREC, Inc.
