The revision was submitted by H-G Coal Company. All review and comment periods as <br />provided in the Act and the Regulations initiate from this date of filing. <br />The technical revision addresses erosional stability demonstrations for existing rock-armored ditches. <br />The surface coal mining operation is located approximately 11 miles south of Hayden, Colorado, in <br />Sections 30 and 31, Township 5 North, Range 88 West of the 6th P.M. These tracts of land are <br />shown on USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle map of Hayden Gulch. <br />A copy of the technical revision application is available for public inspection at the Routt County <br />Courthouse, 522 Lincoln Avenue, Steamboat Springs, Colorado, and at the Division office. For addi- <br />tional information or to provide written comments, contact the Division of Minerals and Geology, <br />Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567. In order for us to <br />comply with regulatory time frames, we request that comments be submitted within fifteen (15) days <br />of this letter.
