AMENDMENT TO RECLAMATION BOND - CORPORATE SURETY
THIS AGREEMENT is entered into effective the 17th day of
November 19 81 by and between Cooley Gravel
Company
of the County of Jefferson State of Colorado
as principal and St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company
of the County of Ramsey State of Minnesota
as surety .

RECITALS
Under date of May 29 79 19 principal herein ,
as principal , and surety herein , as surety , executed a RECLAMA-
TION BOND - CORPORATE SURETY in the amount of fifty-five
thousand and no/100 Dollars ( $55 , 000 . 00
which bond was provided to the State of Colorado in connection
with permit number 73-21 issued by the State of Colorado ,
Department of Natural Resources , acting through the Mined Land
Reclamation Board or the Mined Land Reclamation Division.
The parties to such bond wish to amend the bond and the State
wishes to accept and give approval to such amendment .
