WFC has <br />revised this application to reflect approximately twenty (20) <br />years of mining which will be permitted in five (5) year <br />increments. The Golden Eagle Mine Permit area has been expanded <br />to 9,068 acres. Please replace the revised information in the <br />old notebooks utilizing the old tabs and map pockets. <br />WFC is also hand delivering five (5) copies of the permit <br />application renewal form for the New Elk Mine and five (5) copies <br />of the proposed public notice. WFC is not altering or expanding <br />the New Elk application. The mine plan as presented is preceding <br />five (5) year permit term is adequate. <br />Please call as I would like to set up a meeting to go over <br />changes in the Golden Eagle Application.
