Revised pages 2.05-2R and 2.05Ra, which correct the size of the triple roll crusher, will be incorporated into the permit. 2. Mr. Bronish's letter regarding his consent to coal loadout facilities within 300 feet of his residence will be incorporated into the permit as renamed Exhibit 12. 3. Revised page 2.05-1 is acceptable and will be incorporated into the permit. 4A. The Warranty Deed will be incorporated into Exhibit 1 of the "blue" permit. 4B. No response required. 4C. Additional soil information will be incorporated into Exhibit 7 of the "blue" permit. 4D. Information regarding the alluvial valley floor determination will be incorporated into the "blue" permit as Exhibit 11. 4E. As the minor revisions from 1983 through 1985 will no longer be included as Exhibit 12, TCC should make available these revisions at the mine office with the other public records. The renaming of Exhibit 12 to Letters is acceptable. 4F. As the 1986 mid-term review documents will no longer be included in Exhibit 13, TCC should make available this correspondence at the mine office with the other public records.
