You must provide the updated agreement allowing you to <br />affect more than ten acres before you actually affect an area larger than your present disturbance. <br />Exhibit Q - Proof of Mailing Notices to Commissioners and Soil District <br />This must be submitted again showing proof of new notices. <br />Exhibit P: -Proof of Filing with County Clerk <br />The proof of recent filing with the clerk and recorder was received by our office today, and will <br />not have to be resubmitted. Please note that for all further letters, responses, etc., regarding this <br />application, proof of additional filings must be submitted. <br />Exhibit S -The details about the structures appears complete, except for a question I have about <br />the fenceline we observed on the east part of the area. At the time of my inspection, the fence <br />was beyond the proposed eastern boundary, but presumably is now very close to it. Please <br />provide information about its ownership, location, etc. <br />As you can see these questions are minor, but response to them is necessary. Overall, the initial <br />response:; look very good, and I appreciate the quality of that followup submittal.
