A K value of 0.24 <br />was used in this analysis for Nunn soils. A K of 0.20 is assigned to Carracas soils (SCS). <br />2.4 Land Use Condition (LUC) <br />How long it takes for runoff to collect and develop into concentrated flows depends on how <br />the land is used and on its condition. LUC values have been developed to represent flow <br />velocities over a variety of uses and conditions.
