This lettE~r is written to formally notify you that <br />Quest Consulting, ]:nc. was appointed as Receiver for the pro(i- <br />erty on June 2, 19E16 and the prior Receiver, University Nation- <br />al Bank, has been released f[om its Receivership obligations. <br />A copy of the Order Confirming Substitution of Receiver is <br />enclosed for your deference. A signed copy will be forwarded <br />to you upon our receipt. <br />You will note t.ha[ Paragraph (e) of the Order sets forth <br />powers of the Receiver with [espect to permits for the site, <br />including those issued by CMLR.
