The Board of County Com- missioners of Lake County, Col- orado, PO Box 964, Leadville, CO 80461, hoe filed an applica- tion for a Regltlar (112) Con- struction Materials Operation Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Lend Reclama- tion Board under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Con- struction Materiels. The pro- posed mine is known as the Half Moon Pit, and ie located at or near Section 7, Township 10 South, Range 80 West, 6th P.M. The pit has been in operatioh since 1977 and Lake County plane on continuing operations with no substantial changes for at least twenty more years. The ` proposed future use of the land is public open apace and wildlife habitat.
