<br />Eagle No. 5 and 9 Mines .(Permit No. G

<br />The Eagle No. 5 and 9 Mines is located in
<br />Moffat County, approzimatety 7 miles soum-
<br />west of Craig, Cobrado. Caul irnerest at this
<br />underground mine is Federal, state and pd~
<br />vale, and the surface to be affected is
<br />Federal, slate and private land. The permit
<br />area encompasses approximatety 6,363.00
