Topaz Avenue, Granby, CO 80446; (970) 887-2123, <br />filed an application to convert an existing 110 Limited Impact Construction <br />Material Permit to a 112 Regular Operation Construction Material Operation. <br />The site is known as the Benson Pit and is located at or near Section 13, <br />Township 1S, Range 76W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Grand County. The application <br />decision is scheduled for June 12, 1996. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Grand County Clerk & <br />Recorder's office and at the office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, <br />Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />All written comments or objections must be submitted within twenty (20) days <br />of the last date of the newspaper public notice to be considered in the <br />application review process by the Division.
