Long <br />RE: Second Technical Adequacy Review of Application for Temporary Cessation Status, Division Director <br />Permit No. #M-83-141, Cash Who Do Mine <br />Dear Ms. Stewart, <br />This letter is being written to address remaining technical issues which must be resolved before the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology (DMG) can approve the application submitted by your company for a <br />chance in status to your 110 reclamation permit, Permit No. #M-83-141, Cash Who Do Mine. <br />1. In accordance with Rule 1.13.5(2)(c ), please describe the circumstances under which mining, milling <br />or reclamation would be resumed at the site, and the steps which would be taken to notify DMG of the re- <br />starting of production or reclamation operations. <br />2. Slope stability: In compliance with your request, we will allow the final disposition of the red storage <br />building to be decided in the final reclamation plan, instead of requiring to be settled at this time. <br />3. Erosion convol: A berm across the road to prevent sheet flow from crossing the site was required as of <br />the September l4, ]999 inspection report.
