Reclamation o.f Methane Drainage Drillholes <br />Please see the attached revised PAP page 2.05-1.9, 2.05-20 and 2.05-61. OML.LC intends <br />to permit any methane production wells with the COGC as appropriate. <br />Itctrt 2. Biolo ig cal Cleazance ReQort <br />Please see the attached biological clearance report by Greystone. <br />Item 3. Hvdrolosic Information <br />Please see the attached revised PAP page 2.05-20 addressing hydrology issues. <br />Item 4. Sealine of Wells <br />The Rule citation 4.07.3(2) is applicable to completion ofwells in aquifers and requires <br />placing of sealant from the bottom of the hole to within 10 feet of the surface. Neither of <br />these particular conditions would apply to methane drainage wells.
